Builders are planning cities on several artificial islands off of Israel's Mediterranan coast. There are some environmental pros and cons, and divided opinions about whether it makes economic sense.

I know this may be a naive question, but what would be the feasibility of using artificial islands to expand Palestinian living space? Would it be possible to create an entire state - a chain of islands extending from the Gaza strip outward?

The tragedy in Pakistan continues to worsen as relief supplies and aid fall far short of what is required. More aid is anxiously needed as the potential for millions of fatalities begins to loom.

The actual tragedy within Pakistan is constantly on the worsen because relief materials and help fall far lacking what is needed. More help is frantically needed since the potential for an incredible number of fatalities starts to loom.
