Bert Simons is an artist, and being in a bit of a midlife crisis, worried that he wasn't leaving enough of himself behind in the world, he decide to clone himself. By computer-generating a model of his head, and producing it in paper strips that can be assempled into a close likeness of himself. And after that, he started working on the perfect cardboard woman.

China Lake Naval Research Base (Inyokern), CA-- This facility had a country store, and hangers, and a hospital (address for the hospital is the code- 232 Naval Air Weapons Station) which all provided sites for programming. This site has been operational since the early 1950s. Large numbers of children (batches of 1000 or 2,000 or 3,000 children were run through this facility at a time. This facility did much of the original traumas and mind-splitting tortures that created the MPD. Other facilities then specialized in further programming that was then layered in on top of the original China Lake programming. A great deal of dehumanization in cages was done to large numbers of tiny children at China Lake Naval Facility. Nimitz Hospital did drug testing of the children prior to their programming.

However the agency doesn't pay its' ''volunteers'' as much as the other subjects mentioned above but, who knows, maybe Paris would consider upgrading some of her ''tools'' to a more delta phase of X and Omega.

It involved electroshock, physical torture, lights, spinning tables, hallucinogenic drugs, sleep deprivation, isolation tanks, hypnosis, mind programming with commands, layers of trauma that induced buffer zones of amnesia between the traumas, and essentially thereby created multiple personalities. As one psychological theory has it, if you induce enough trauma, you get a split in the personality because the person can’t face the pain, so they put that part out of it, and they come with a new personality. If you keep doing it, you invoke or create different personalities, and then if you are the CIA you try to program these sub-personalities to do different things like memorize information photographically and not remember it, do courier operations, assassinations, sex agents, blackmail operations, all of this.
