I actually read this because my line workplan had changed into something like the one in the right column of the doodles. (Just substitute "check weatherforecast" by "check Ming.tv".
Not bad! I sometime write down small workplans for relatively simple tasks and stick to them. Even when you know how to do something you sometimes do things in the wrong order causing you to get up and walk trough the room an extra time to get things you need, or to open and close the same windows when once would have been sufficient.
So these work-plans really save time - especially when you write them down when there is nothing else useful you can do; like waiting for the metro or such.

Well, if you have one of those jobs where you get paid for surfing the web, leaving comments on people's blogs, and checking the weather forecast, I'd swap any time.

I'm keeping a close eye on who has those "Reality" based jobs, as opposed to the "Plan" based jobs. Of course I don't really want a job, but I want to be paid for just sitting around and doing whatever I happen to feel like.
