There are at least two sources at give a hint that per se would be according to the European practice.1. The debates in 2002 when the Current law was enacted.2. Our patent office manual-current ventior-Secsion 08.03.05.10 points e and f discusses in detail the 'per se' part. Plus, the previous version of the Manual refers to the Vicom case-that was decided at the EPO.
